I had a nice stay at this hotel with its spacious and clean rooms, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right next to Ayers Rock, making it easy to see all the sights. However, the dining options were quite pricey for what you get, and I wish there were more affordable alternatives. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for comfort and convenience, just be ready for the dining costs.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, with great amenities like tea/coffee facilities and air conditioning. I felt very comfortable during my stay.

The service was lovely, with friendly staff who were super helpful. The on-site entertainment was also great, adding to the experience.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in a great location, right next to Ayers Rock, which makes it convenient to visit all attractions easily. The shuttle service was handy to get around too.
Dining
5.0
While the food was good, it was on the expensive side, which might not be suitable for budget travelers. I would have liked more variety at better prices.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing too extravagant. A little more variety in the dining options would enhance the experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to its clean and tidy rooms and its friendly and enthusiastic staff. The location is great, being situated in the Australian desert and within walking distance of various attractions. However, the dining experience left a little to be desired, especially with both on-site restaurants being closed for maintenance during my visit. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a clean place to stay with good service.

Rooms

My room was clean and tidy, with a fridge that suited my needs perfectly. It was conveniently located towards the rear of the property, away from the reception. Plus, it was just a short stroll to the pool and restaurant, which made things super easy.
Service
8.0
The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were enthusiastic and provided clear guidance for activities in the area, which was really helpful. However, I felt a bit rushed at times, as they didn't have much time to point out all the facilities.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated right in the middle of the Australian desert, perfectly positioned between Ayers Rock Airport and Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. It’s managed well, and there’s a vibrant vibe to the area, although it was a bit difficult getting in touch with reception at times.
Dining
5.0
I had to venture out to the village for breakfast since both on-site restaurants were closed for maintenance during my stay. The dining options I found elsewhere were limited, and honestly, the quality of food I tried at the main restaurant was poor and quite expensive.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had a nice pool area, but I noticed there were only six chaise lounges, which could be a problem during busy times. Overall, the facilities were pretty decent.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, with a great location close to both the airport and Uluru. The rooms were a bit overpriced and lacked lockers, but they were clean and comfortable nonetheless. The service could use some improvement, especially regarding the late checkout policy, which left a sour taste. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the easy access to attractions makes it a reasonable choice for travelers.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit overpriced and lacked lockers.
Service

The service had its ups and downs; while the resort shuttle was convenient, the late checkout surcharge felt unfair.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect for accessing the airport and it’s really close to Uluru and Kata Tjuta, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were available until late morning, which was great for grabbing a bite after hikes, but overall the food was quite expensive.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were basic but functional; they could use a bit of an upgrade to feel more modern.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Ayers Rock and perfect for a quick stay. The rooms are showing their age, but they were clean. The staff is super friendly and organized our rooms quickly. Still, for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of room quality and amenities.

The hotel had a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the area around Uluru and Kata Tjuta. The rooms were a bit cramped and not as clean as I would have liked, highlighting some cleanliness issues. The staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly a young man who went out of his way to assist me. However, I found the dining experience a bit lacking, especially in terms of value for money. Overall, it's a mixed experience but definitely has its perks.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt a bit cramped with just four beds in a small space, and I was disappointed to find it wasn't very clean underneath.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and helpful. One young man really made a difference by helping me with transport options when I missed my bus.
Location
10.0
The location is amazing, right near all the action for exploring. There are great views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta from the property.
Dining

The dining experience was underwhelming, especially with limited affordable options for breakfast.
Facilities

The amenities were decent but could use some improvement, particularly with cleanliness.
